RP Our Story

Royal Plum was born to bring Korean flavors into American kitchens. Working in the food industry, I saw that access to great Korean ingredients was missing. In Asian markets, I could only find products with artificial syrups, preservatives and colorings. I knew Korean food could have the same level of wholesome, real ingredients that you could find in natural groceries. So, I made my own sauces that don't compromise on ingredients or taste.

We honor tradition by evolving it. No excess sugar or additives. Just real flavor and a new standard for what belongs in your pantry.

Like many Asian immigrants, my mom's love language is food. She gave me an appreciation and love for cooking for others and it's now my dream to share delicious food with you. I'm sharing my slice of what being Korean American means to me and I'm honored to tell my story through food.
