Our Story

Yori was born to bring Korean food into American kitchens. While working in the food industry, I felt that access to clean, organic Korean foods was missing. In Asian markets, I could only find products with artificial syrups, fillers, preservatives and colorings. I knew Korean food could have the same level of wholesome, real ingredients that you could find in American groceries. So, I made my own sauces that don't compromise on ingredients or taste. 

Our organic red chili and soybean pastes ferment in South Korea in traditional earthenware pots for two years. We then mix fresh, organic ingredients for traditional sauces inspired by my family's recipes.

Like many Korean mothers, my mom's love language is food. She gave me an appreciation and love for cooking for others and it's now my dream to share delicious food with you. I'm sharing my slice of what being Korean American means to me and I'm honored to tell my story through food.
