
Bulgogi Rice Bowl
- 1 pack of thinly sliced beef (top sirloin or ribeye, often labeled "Bulgogi" meat at Korean groceries)
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 white or yellow onion, sliced half moons
- 2 stalks scallion, sliced and separated by whites and greens
- Yori Korean Barbecue marinade
- sesame seeds
- cooked rice (optional)
- kimchi (optional)
- Thinly slice carrots, onions and whites of scallions and marinate with beef strips in our Korean Barbecue Marinade for 3 hours - overnight. Make sure meat is completely submerged in the marinade sauce.
- Sauté marinated beef & veggies in a pan for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, just until meat is cooked through.
- Top over rice. Finish off with scallion greens and sesame seeds. Add kimchi to your bowl for a spicy, acidic crunch.
